If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund or exchange of the purchase price, however you must pay to ship the item back to us. All shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Please call our Customer Service
Department at 1.800.XXX.XXX
before making your return to obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization number. This
number is necessary to ensure proper tracking
and handling of returned goods. RMA numbers are
valid for 15 days only. PillowsandThrows.com reserves
the right to refuse shipments that do not have
a valid RMA number. Refused shipments will be
returned to the shipper on freight collect basis.
Please reference your RMA number when calling
to check on the status of your return.
PillowsandThrows.com recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may want to consider insuring your return.
Damaged Goods Replacements
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand
the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does
occur during transit. Please inspect your purchase
immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage,
contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.XXX.XXX
within 7 days to arrange for a replacement.
Keep all of the original packing material.
It will be required for inspection by the shipping
company. PillowsandThrows.com reserves
the right to refuse returns on damaged goods where
the original packing material has been discarded.
