PillowsandThrows.com ships via FedEx Ground, UPS, DHL or USPS. We typically pick, pack and ship in-stock orders within 1 - 2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Items that have extended delivery times are noted within the item’s description when applicable. Please double check the item description for information regarding extended lead times prior to contacting customer service with a question about your order status.

Our automated system will get an authorization from your credit card company at the time of purchase but your card will not actually be charged until your order is ready to ship. The exception to this policy is when an item is ordered that has a restocking fee, is Made to Order, or will be shipping directly from the manufacturer. If you have purchased an item that has a restocking fee, is Made to Order, or will be shipping directly from the manufacturer, your card will be charged at the time that your order is processed and sent to the respective manufacturer for processing. In such an instance, lead time and restocking policy information is clearly included within item descriptions.

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together and may be received separately. If there are items with extended lead times on your order, your entire order may be held until the order is ready to ship complete. Orders can be split shipped for an additional shipping charge.

All packages that are shipped by PillowsandThrows.com, regardless of the shipping method, do require a signature. Signatures cannot be waived. The reason for this is quite simple. If a driver leaves a package at a customer's doorstep without obtaining a signature and that package is then stolen or lost, PillowsandThrows.com will not be reimbursed by the delivery carrier for that loss of that package. If there is not someone present at your residence to sign for a package, please have it shipped to your place of business or an alternate address where someone will be able to sign for and receive the package. Drivers make 3 delivery attempts on a package. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Free Shipping

PillowsandThrows.com offers free shipping on all orders over $100 unless otherwise noted in a product's description. All orders that qualify for free shipping will incur a $2.00 handling fee that will be added onto your order's total.

Free shipping offer does not apply to Next Day or 2nd Day shipping. Free shipping does not apply to locations outside of the contiguous United States.

Rush Shipping

Free Shipping is not applicable to any Rush Shipping request. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 888.223.6741 ext. 204 to check on the availability for rush shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day) for any item in our catalog.

Shipping Rates

All orders under $100 are shipped for a flat fee of $7.95. All orders over $100 receive free shipping. All orders that qualify for free shipping will incur a $2.00 handling fee that will be added onto your order's total. Shipping rules listed above apply to all orders. A single set of swatches will not have any additional shipping fee added to the order total. Multiple swatch sets ship for a flat fee of $3.50.

Shipping to Destinations Outside of the US

We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada and Puerto Rico. In some instances, we are able ship to countries outside of the US, Canada or Puerto Rico. If you are in a country outside of the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, please contact us regarding the availability of shipping to your address prior to placing your order. We cannot process orders for MC/Visa cards that have been issued by a non-US bank. The easiest way to make an international order is with Paypal. For all orders outside of the 48 contiguous states, including military addresses, you will be billed the actual cost of shipping your order. You will not see any shipping charges in the shopping cart at the time that you place your order. You will be contacted via email with the actual shipping cost and will be required to approve the shipping cost by replying to that email prior to your order being shipped.

Damaged Goods Replacements

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact our Customer Service Department at 888.223.6741 within 2 business days to arrange for a replacement. Keep all of the original packing material. It will be required for inspection by the shipping company.

PillowsandThrows.com reserves the right to refuse returns on damaged goods where the original packing material has been discarded.

Incorrect Merchandise was Shipped

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you have received incorrect merchandise in your order, contact our Customer Service Department at 888.223.6741 within 2 business days to arrange for a replacement.

Restocking Fees

If there is a restocking fee on an item, you will see it stated clearly in the item description. Please note that the cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from the amount of your return credit if the items being returned bring your original order total to below $100.

We cannot accept returns on any opened bedding items.

Fabric swatches are not returnable.

"Made to Order" Items & "Sale" Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items in our catalog that are labeled as "Made to Order", Sale and Clearance.

Express Ship Orders

We regret that we no longer take returns on any items in our store that have been sent via any Express Ship method, including but not limited to Next Day and 2nd Day shipping methods, without a written return agreement from an authorized agent of Pillows and Throws dot com, Inc. prior to the order being shipped to the customer. If in doubt as to whether your order is returnable, please call us at: 888.223.6741.

General Inventory

For items that are not labeled as "Made to Order", "Sale" or have a restocking fee: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund or exchange of the purchase price. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a call tag for the merchandise. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. All shipping fees and/or costs are non-refundable. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition.

We cannot accept returns on any opened bedding items. Bedding comes packaged in a clear plastic package so it is easy to see the colors and design through the packaging. The reason that we do not take returns on opened bedding is because the bedding is packaged very tightly by the manufacturers and there is no way to repackage it properly once it has been taken out of its packaging. We do not want to give the impression that we are selling used merchandise and therefore cannot take returns on opened bedding.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our Customer Service Department at returns@pillowsandthrows.com before making your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number is necessary to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only. PillowsandThrows.com reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not have a valid RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper on freight collect basis. Please reference your RMA number when calling to check on the status of your return.

PillowsandThrows.com recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may want to consider insuring your return. PillowsandThrows.com will not be responsible for the loss of any returned merchandise that has not been insured.

Returns on orders that have qualified for Free Shipping:

Shipping costs for exchanges:

In the event of an exchange, the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer will be the actual shipping cost.

If your order has been processed prior to receiving your cancellation, then the above rules for Returns & Exchanges will apply. For items that are Made to Order, once the order has been processed, we cannot accept a cancellation.

Are the colors that I am seeing on my computer screen for each product accurate?
We make every effort to ensure that all products shown on PillowsandThrows.com are accurately displayed.

However, please be aware of the fact that if your monitor is not calibrated correctly, the colors on your monitor may not display properly and the colors of the actual product will look different than what you are seeing on your computer screen.

We cannot be responsible for any variances in color that your computer monitor may be displaying.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog. All of our products can be found on our website.

Do you offer price adjustments?
If an item goes on sale, we offer price adjustments within 7 days of your original purchase.

Can I order fabric swatches?
Many of our bedding and pillow lines do have swatches available for purchase. Please click here to purchase swatches. We ask that you limit your swatch request to 5 swatches.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?
We sell e-Gift Cards which are an electronic version of Gift Certificates. e-Gift Cards are available in increments from $25 - $500. You may purchase a PillowsandThrows.com e-Gift Card by clicking here.

e-Gift cards are valid for one year and are not redeemable for cash.

What are your pillows stuffed with?
Unless otherwise noted in the product's description, all of our pillows are stuffed with a premium poly-stuffer. If a product description notes that a pillow is stuffed with feather or down and you would prefer a poly-stuffer, please contact us. In most cases a substitution can be made.

How do I place an order?
The easiest way to order, is buy clicking on the "Add to Cart" button that appears next to each item. When you have selected all of the items that you wish to purchase, simply click the "Checkout" button that appears at the top of each page. This will take you through our secure ordering process. To make a purchase online, you will need to use a credit card. PillowsandThrows.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

You may also place an order by emailing our Customer Service Department. Please include your name, mailing address, phone number and the item numbers & quantity that you wish to purchase. Please do not include your credit card information in your order email. Our Customer Service Representative will call you and obtain your credit card number.

Can I order backordered items?
Yes. To ensure that you receive the backordered item, please order it now because it may be out of stock later.

You may place an order on an item that is backordered by emailing our Customer Service Department. Please include your name, mailing address, phone number and the item name & quantity that you wish to purchase. Please do not include your credit card information in your order email. Our Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm the availability and estimated ship time for the backordered item and obtain your credit card number.

Will I receive an email confirming that my package has shipped?
Yes, we will send you an email as soon as we ship your order.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We will only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to anywhere in the state of Georgia. The tax will then be 7% of your total order. The tax will automatically be added to your order total on your order form during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of Georgia, no tax will be charged.
